Is this tool right for me?

How long does it take to use the tool?
SpotScan™ AI skin analysis takes only a few minutes to complete, from uploading your selfie to receiving your personalized results.
Do you have to download an app to use the tool?
No, you do not have to download an app to use the tool since it can be found on the La Roche-Posay website here. We recommend using the tool on your mobile device since you will need to take a selfie.
Can I save my results?
If you voluntarily provide La Roche-Posay with your name and contact information, or you sign up to receive promotional messages from La Roche-Posay, any information you provide while using the tool (i.e., skin type, skin sensitivities, skin concerns, age), the results of the analysis (i.e., calculated age, calculated skin concerns), the skin report shown to you (i.e., skin analysis on key skin attributes), and all recommendations will be stored within your profile at La Roche-Posay. Your results will also be emailed to you.
Is my picture stored?
La Roche-Posay only briefly stores your selfies. Once the information is returned to you, your selfie is deleted from the central cloud-based hub (generally within a matter of seconds of completion of the analysis).
How does SpotScan™ work?
SpotScan™ uses artificial intelligence trained on dermatological data to analyze visible blemishes, marks, and skin characteristics, then provides personalized skincare recommendations.
What kind of results does SpotScan™ provide?
After analysis, SpotScan™ highlights visible skin concerns and suggests La Roche-Posay skincare products suited to your skin type and needs.
How often should I use SpotScan™?
You can use SpotScan™ whenever your skin changes or when you want updated skincare recommendations.
